Every Meritus Signature Home includes a One-Year Cosmetic Warranty, with scheduled service visits at approximately 60 days and 11 months to address normal adjustments that occur as your new home settles.
In addition, your new home is protected by a written 10-year Insured Builder’s Limited Warranty administered by Professional Warranty Service Corporation (PWSC) and backed by Steadfast Insurance, a member of the Zurich North America Group.
